First of all, do your morning exercises every day. It’s your main
golden rule. In addition I recommend to do some easy but very effective
exercises, which you can do at home. For example, pay attention to an exercise “walking
up the stairs”. Put your right foot on the step, bending the knee
so way that it was over the middle of the foot. Stand on the step the left
foot. Control your movements and check so that your feet gently step on
the floor. After completing the exercise, repeat it, starting with the
left leg. “Curl” (for waist). This exercise is as follows:
lying on your back abut feet into the wall and bend your knees at an angle
at 90°. Put your hands behind head for support. Slowly exhaling, lift
your shoulders and head, pulling your abdominal muscles. Pull the elbows
back. Stay for a few seconds, then sank to the floor.“Swallow” (for
thigh and buttocks). Get on your knees on the mat and leaned forward, elbows
on the floor. Clasping hands put your head on them. Lift your right leg,
bending the knee at 90°. Pull the foot up until the thigh is not parallel
to the floor. Slowly put down your leg, almost touching the floor with
your knee. Continue this exercise without pause 10-20 times. Repeat with
the left foot. Good nutrition, exercises and self-confidence, - this is what will help you fight obesity! I think this is the fastest and effective (it is most important) way to lose weight! Actually you shall take into account not only your heredity, but your personality and be sure, you’ll win. |
