| The next morning I woke up with a firm desire to win overweight. I said
to myself, that I might try anyway, I should do it, and I would not give
up without a fight! I realized that I have focused all my energy now on
strengthening my confidence in winning. So, at first I went to the bookstore.
There I stayed quite a long time choosing a book about nutrition. I didn’t
know what to choose, because there are lots of information and news about
healthy nutrition and diets. I was obsessed by the idea of heredity and
obesity. Taking the one in which there was no prescription for quick weight loss based on eating just bread and water (you understand that this method
is unacceptable for a normal person), I went to the nearest sports club
to agree about aerobics, or some special exercises. I wished I had won! At home, I started reading the book which I had bought. I should tell you tips were not so radical, which would like to see people who might want passionately to lose weight. The book didn’t have any starvation recipes, for example, apple diet, when you had to eat only apples a few days a week. I've tried such diets, and the results are not seen, so I decided to rely on simple but sound advice from my “saving” new book. A little later I'll give examples these wonderful recipes. In the meantime I want to share the results of my method that I have made for myself. I win, win…. I think success lies in the fact that I determined to lose weight, not blindly chasing the new-fangled (but utterly ineffective) diet, and careful thought about what I eat and how way I eat. Of course, I do not look like a girl of 18, but now I see the respect and attention in the eyes of my husband. I regulate my diet, myself, and I hope that I will keep the form that I’ve reached. |
